Where we work
Our head office is in Adelaide, with offices in Sydney and Brisbane, and we look after clients across Australia. Most of our work is done by phone, email and the KeyInsure Portal, so you do not need to be near an office to work with us.
If you would like to meet in person, call ahead and we will arrange a time at the office closest to you.

For a claim
Our claims team handles claims for clients of all three offices. Lodge online, or call and ask for claims.
For an existing policy
Ask for the broker who arranged your cover. If they are unavailable, a colleague can access your file and help.

We work with clients across property ownership, the medical field, trades, retail, construction, information technology and professional services — providing high-quality advice and first-class service to SMEs across SA and the rest of Australia.
KeyInsure is part of a national broker network with a footprint across Australia — a Corporate Authorised Representative of Community Broker Network (AFSL 233750). Through our broker network we have access to more than 160 insurers, so we can help with most business insurance requirements.
Claims service
If you suffer a loss or damage, we're here for you. We have a full claims team available. We take care of your renewals, claims and policy updates, and review your policies through the year — and we manage the claims process on your behalf.
